1. Step back with your right leg into zenkutsu dad (front stance) and block down with your left arm.
2. Step up with your right leg forward into heiko dachi and execute raising elbow strike with your right elbow to solar plexus (right palm to right ear).
3. Step back with your right leg into heiko dachi and execute right rear elbow strike while simultaneously bringing left arm across your body (palm up), raising your arm to solar plexus level, rotating your wrist to palm down. This is a wrist release from a grab to your right arm. Rotation of both wrists should be simulta- neous.
4. Step up with your right leg into shiko dachi (horse stance), and execute right elbow strike to right side (palm facing down), fist at solar plexus.
5. In right shiko dachi raise right arm up in circular motion drop your elbow to right side (palm facing you).
6. Step up with your right leg into heiko dachi (shoulder stance) with your left leg following so feet are on the same line, simultaneously elbow strike to your right side. Start the elbow strike with your palm up and rotate to palm down with fist ending at solar plexus.
Repeat all moves on opposite side.
